AgInnovate is a small agricultural consultancy based in the Great Southern of Western Australia.

Innovation (Macquarie Dictionary) is 'to bring in something new; to make changes to anything established'. At AgInnovate we work with you to make these changes, or introduce something new.

We tailor our work with grower groups, research organisations, agribusiness, farm businesses and individuals to ensure you achieve your business and/or industry goals.

At AgInnovate we specialise in:

Agricultural project management

We deliver research, development and extension projects that are designed, implemented, managed and evaluated to ensure project outcomes are delivered on-time and on-budget. We have worked with most of the Australian RDE organisations, and have good working relationships across the Australian agricultural network.

We currently working with MLA and Southern Cross University (to name a few), and in the past have worked with Grain and Graze (GRDC and DAFF), Producer Research & Development Sites (MLA), Sustainable Grazing Systems (MLA) and Farming for the Future (DAFWA).

Strategic industry planning

Designing and planning a ‘better way of doing things’ for an industry or organisation takes leadership and innovative thinking. We bring to the table a process that will help you to identify a range of options and leave you with a plan of action for your success.

Leadership and change management

For any group, business or organisation to ‘find a better way of doing things’ it requires leaders to manage that change. We provide group training, individual coaching and motivational speaking to ensure your team has the skills it requires to lead you into 2020 and beyond.
